She oversees new business development and the creative direction of projects, ensuring they align with the agency's standards for innovation and user-focused design. With over 20 years of experience in UI and UX design, Abby combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in project execution.

She holds a Bachelor of Design from the College of Fine Arts, UNSW, and plays a pivotal role in shaping the agency's vision and client engagements.
