Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Drupal backend developer who is passionate about Drupal. In this role, you will collaborate with top clients and a highly talented team of Project Managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and testers who all share a love of design and digital innovation. Some of the key clients we've collaborated with in the past 12 months include Médecins Sans Frontières, Lowy Institute, Fidante, NABERS, City of Parramatta, and Surf Life Saving NSW.

The Right Mindset:
It's crucial that you understand the business-case needs of our clients from a non-technical aspect, and can effectively read tickets in Jira and execute them correctly. Our ideal applicant will be results-driven, adaptable, work well with a team, manage time and multitask effectively, and communicate clearly and efficiently.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of backend Drupal experience
• Experience with PHP, theme hooks, and preprocessing for template files
• Producing functional and technical specifications for projects
• Defining appropriate architecture solutions based on functional and technical requirements
• Git & Deployment workflows
• PHP OO skills
• Implementing complex web applications, particularly involving systems integration and web services
• REST and SOAP implementations
• Testing frameworks like PHPUnit
• Servers and Infrastructure
