Narrative-driven approach
A major part of The APP Group’s brand and business realignment, was a focus on their role in the infrastructure consultancy sector in Australia. As a business, they work on $30 billion of capital value for over 500 clients across more than 800 projects annually – working end-to-end on many projects, or on niche components for others. Being a people-centred organisation leader and a trusted partner in the industry were messages that the new design needed to bring to the fore.
